About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative and adaptable mindset to meet the diverse needs of children.
- EEC Preschool Certified

Compensation: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
