About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at The Learning Experience in Tewksbury, MA, as a Toddler Teacher! This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture young minds in a fun and engaging environment, fostering their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddlers.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check and fingerprinting required.
- EEC Infant/Todler Certified

Compensation: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
