Join The Learning Experience in Tewksbury, MA as a Childcare Director, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds. This is an exciting opportunity to create a positive and enriching environment for children while fostering their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on child development.
- Conduct staff training and professional development sessions.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure operational excellence.
- Promote a positive culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and nurturing team environment.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and basic computer skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
- Dl & Dll EEC Certified

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
